Chris Fuller

ECOVILLAGE
Chris is committed to designing a resilient, beautiful, affordable, and community focused ecovillage with strong connections with the natural world. He hopes that it will serve as an example of how a community can be resilient, but also be affordable and exceptional. He plans to move to the Ecovillage with his wife and two little girls and is excited for the promise of living in a place that feels alive with gardens and friends.

BACKGROUND
Chris dreams up possibilities and cutting edge, elegant solutions for our Ecovillage and other resilient buildings and communities with his friends at Staengl Engineering: a local engineering firm specializing in ultra-low energy buildings. He also is a part of the educational wing of the green building movement with his involvement in the Greater Virginia Green Building Council and The Housing Lab. Chris is a Professional Architectural Engineer with a passion for and experience in designing pocket neighborhoods, net zero energy housing, and regenerative landscapes.
